Works pretty well!

I took one star off because it doesn't get rid of all stains. If it's grease from a hamburger you're pretty much out of luck even when treated immediately. I'm reserving further judgement as I wait to wash the garment again to see if it will help.
Other stains like chocolate that I didn't notice until after I laundered the shirt came out. I haven't had to try it on blood, but it does well on red berry juice, ketchup, chocolate and pasta sauce. For best results wet the area before you spray and scrub the stain. DO NOT FORGET TO SHAKE THE BOTTLE! It does make a difference.

It is helpful if you use it, but not a must. Really need to follow the instruction to wait for a while and use cold water.
